Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to services purchased from Brain Hub AI Solutions (proprietor: Ayush Jain).

1. No physical shipping

We provide digital services only: AI agents and automation, web and mobile applications, websites, cloud solutions and data & AI consulting. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges or courier tracking.

2. How services are delivered

Deliverables are provided online, for example by email, through a shared code repository, a cloud drive link, deployment to your hosting or cloud account, access to a live application or dashboard, or online meetings and reports.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed for each project in the proposal, quotation or invoice (the “Project Agreement”), usually split into milestones. The timeline starts after the advance payment is received and the required inputs (content, access, data, approvals) are shared with us. We keep you updated on progress, and any change in timeline is communicated by email.

4. Delivery confirmation

We confirm each delivery by email to your registered email address. If you have not received something you expected, write to us and we will respond within 2 working days.
